Hand towels/bed linen inclusive. Deposit 400,- €. Final cleaning $170 payable on site. Arrival from 14.00, departure by 11.00. Price includes 11 % Florida tax. German/American representative on site.
The deposit for cancellation is 20% of the rent. Final payment plus security deposit is payable 30 days before the beginning of rental period. For cancellation of the agreement, the deposit will be retained, if another tenant cannot be found for this period.
