The house has about 220 acres. Living area, this is over 2 floors. From the bright, spacious living / dining area, with tasteful furnishings, it leads directly through sliding glass doors to the large pool area. There are couches and a hot tub and a grill. The pool area has a screen (Cage), so no vermin can get into the house. The pool area looks onto the tropical canal. Two bright, friendly bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with its own, modern bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and also has a divine bath. The bright, upper bedroom leads to a balcony which looks over the pool area and the canal. The bedrooms each have big wall cabinets. The two large bedrooms also have glass windows with sliding doors. From the window you have a direct view of the pool area and the tropical canal. Towels, Beach towels and sheets are available. Each bedroom has its own direct access to the bathroom.

The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a seat counter with bar stools, toasters, coffee machines, etc. dishes and pots, cutlery for 6-8 people. On the ground floor there is a wood floor, in the bedroom carpet. In the utility room are a washing machine, an other fridge, a dryer, an ironing boards and irons, vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment.
